50% DISCOUNT of the Professionals, Students and Accompanying Person fees for participants from Latin American Institutions.
The amount will be converted to the Brazilian currency (Real) according to the USD exchange rate at the time of invoice generation at the end of registration.
*Professionals: Following international academic standards, post-doctoral researchers are classified under the professional category for ICOMF 20.
**Accompanying person: This registration includes access to the Welcome Reception, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, coffee breaks and visit to Iguaçu Falls. It must be associated with a standard student or professional registration. Please note that this category does not include a certificate of attendance or the right to present scientific work.
***Tour to the Falls: A visit to the Iguacu Falls is included in the program. Information on cost and reservations will be posted soon.
****Conference Dinner: Tickets for the official conference dinner are sold separately and availability is limited.
Registration Fees Include

Cancellation Policy
- Until April 4th, 2027: Cancellations requested during the early bird period will receive a full refund, excluding administrative and processing fees
- Until June 20th, 2027: Requests submitted by this date are eligible for a 70% refund, excluding administrative and processing fees.
- After June 20th, 2027: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.
Please be advised that a no-show at the conference does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your registration.
