The amount will be converted to the Brazilian currency (Real) according to the USD exchange rate at the time of invoice generation at the end of registration.

*Professionals: Following international academic standards, post-doctoral researchers are classified under the professional category for ICOMF 20.
**Accompanying person: This registration includes access to the Welcome Reception, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, coffee breaks and visit to Iguaçu Falls. It must be associated with a standard student or professional registration. Please note that this category does not include a certificate of attendance or the right to present scientific work.
***Tour to the Falls: A visit to the Iguaçu Falls is included in the registration fee for all participants. Please confirm your participation on site.
****Conference Dinner: Tickets for the official conference dinner are sold separately and availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy

  • Until May 5th, 2027: Cancellations requested during the early bird period will receive a full refund, excluding administrative and processing fees
  • Until June 20th, 2027: Requests submitted by this date are eligible for a 70% refund, excluding administrative and processing fees.
  • After June 20th, 2027: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.

Please be advised that a no-show at the conference does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your registration.
