Submission

All prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts until March 20, 2027.
Please refer to the following guidelines for accurate abstract submission:

  • Abstracts must be submitted directly via the Online Submission System.
  • Participants should register first to access the system; regular B-MRS users may use their existing credentials.
  • Please indicate your preferred presentation format (Oral or Poster) during submission.
  • The final presentation type will be confirmed after the peer-review process.

Please note: Registration fees may be paid at any time prior to the event, following the rates established on the ICOMF 20 website.

Submission Guidelines

  • Please review all submission rules thoroughly before proceeding
  • Abstracts must be written in English and submitted electronically
  • Abstracts should consist of plain text including the title, authors, affiliations, acknowledgments, and a maximum of three references. The main text, excluding acknowledgments and references, must not exceed 2000 characters (including spaces). After submission, please verify that the system-generated PDF adheres to the required format to avoid invalidation
  • Submissions will be evaluated based on scientific merit, innovation, and clarity. The committee will decide whether to accept the work for oral or poster contribution, or reject it, considering the author's preference
  • The categories for Plenary Speaker and Invited Speaker are strictly reserved for researchers officially invited by the Organizing Committee
  • Notification of final acceptance status will be sent via email by April 20, 2027
  • Accepted submissions will be assigned to the program based on topic. Once the final program is released, minor adjustments may be requested as soon as possible by e-mailing the organizing committee (icomf20@gmail.com). No schedule adjustments will be permitted during the event
  • The complete abstract book will be available exclusively in digital format. Only abstracts presented at the conference will be included in the final publication
